At Soharshi, every jewellery piece is handcrafted with love and care. As each product is specially made for our customers, we do not offer refunds.

Exchange Policy

• We offer a 2-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
• Please email us within 2 days of receiving your order at

• The product must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging.
• Order confirmation or proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please send:

• Unboxing video (Mandatory)
• Clear photos of the product
• Your Order ID

After verification, if the claim is approved, we will arrange an exchange.

Return Process

Please do not return any product without contacting us first.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will share the return address and further instructions via email.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Policy

Since all Soharshi jewellery pieces are handmade and specially crafted for every customer, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
